Send to Card Asylum

Pulls every order from the last three months out of your logged-in TCGplayer Seller Portal and hands them to the admin import page, which syncs only what differs from the database (new orders to review, status changes, cancellations). Nothing is stored outside your browser and the admin site; no TCGplayer credentials are ever saved.

Install: drag this button to your bookmarks bar. Current version: — the panel on the portal shows the version it's running; if they differ, delete the old bookmark and drag this one again.

Send to Card Asylum

If the bookmarks bar is hidden: Ctrl+Shift+B in Chrome/Edge/Firefox.

Each time:

  1. Open https://sellerportal.tcgplayer.com/orders (signed in).
  2. Click the Send to Card Asylum bookmark. The admin tab opens immediately, and a small panel bottom-right on the portal shows progress (lists orders, then fetches each order's lines).
  3. When the pull finishes, the orders are delivered to the admin tab and the sync runs there. If the admin tab isn't signed in, sign in; delivery happens as soon as it is.

If the popup is blocked, the panel shows a Copy orders button: click it, open the admin page yourself, and paste into the "From Seller Portal" box.

If the bookmark does nothing (no panel appears)

Open DevTools on the portal page (F12 → Console), paste the source below, press Enter. Any error it prints is the answer. Also works as a Tampermonkey userscript matched to https://sellerportal.tcgplayer.com/*.
