One form, two destinations: the public "Upcoming Shows" list on thecardasylum.com and the app's show list (used for checkout, expenses and reports). The phone picks up app changes on its next sync.
One entry per recurring show. Each date you add is still its own website listing and app show (the app needs one per event for sales and expenses) — this just saves the retyping.
